El Día de la Candelaria, también conocido como la Fiesta de la Presentación del Señor, es una de las celebraciones más hermosas de nuestra fe. Recordamos cuando María y José llevaron al Niño Jesús al Templo para presentarlo a Dios y cuando Simeón lo reconoció como “luz para iluminar a las naciones”.
En nuestra comunidad, esta fiesta es una oportunidad para renovar nuestra fe, pedir la bendición de Dios sobre nuestros hogares y presentar nuestras vidas a Cristo, la Luz del mundo. Como es tradición, invitamos a todos a traer a sus Niños Dios para la bendición durante la Misa.
Te esperamos para celebrar juntos este día lleno de esperanza, luz y gratitud.

Candlemas, also known as the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, is one of the most beautiful celebrations of our faith. We remember when Mary and Joseph brought the Child Jesus to the Temple to present Him to God, and when Simeon recognized Him as “a light to reveal You to the nations.”
In our community, this feast is an opportunity to renew our faith, ask for God’s blessing upon our homes, and offer our lives to Christ, the Light of the world. As is tradition, we invite everyone to bring their images of the Child Jesus for a blessing during Mass.
We look forward to celebrating this day of hope, light, and gratitude together.
