Thank you to everyone that helped us make Pierogi this past weekend! We will be making Potato Pierogi September 9th and 10th. Please join us in all the fun and tradition of making home made Pierogi! Today and Tomorrow the parishioners are making kraut pierogi! Help is always appreciated! If you can come by Friday at 9:00am in the St. Hedwig basement, we would greatly appreciate it.Thank you to all who came and joined us for our parish picnic! It was a wonderful time! A special thank you to those who volunteered to help and also brought treats and food! We appreciate everyones support! On Friday August 19, 2016 starting at 9:00am in the lower church hall we will be making the kraut pierogi for the fall festival. We make them the traditional way, by hand rolling out the dough.
Over the years we have lost many people who would roll out the dough. If you can give a helping hand, bring your rolling pin and help keep our traditional way of making pierogi. Any questions please call Myra at (313) 841-1255. Along with our gratitude you will be met with coffee and doughnuts wen you arrive. We will also provide lunch as our way of saying thank you!
